Booking & cancellation policy.

A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable and are never returned as cash.

With at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit moves with you to your new appointment date. An appointment may be rescheduled once; any reschedule after that requires a new deposit. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is required to book again.

If you cancel your appointment rather than reschedule it, your deposit is forfeited regardless of how much notice you give. That time was reserved for you and rarely gets filled.

There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

If you do not arrive and have not contacted me, your deposit is forfeited. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

I do not fill over another technician's product. If you arrive with existing gel, dip, or acrylic, a $20 removal fee applies and we'll start fresh with my products.

Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are subject to a $30 after-hours fee.
